The ACT Clinic was established to give people an affordable way to do the right thing. Last year, over 16,000 dogs and cats were euthanized in Hillsborough County… not because of illness or disease… but because there were too many animals. Overpopulation kills more animals than all other diseases combined. Please spay or neuter now so that we don’t have to destroy their offspring later.
In addition to spays and neuters, ACT provides wellness vaccines, dentals, doctors exams, and heartworm and flea prevention products. Our services are underwritten by companies and individuals who believe that spaying and neutering is the healthy and only choice to a better future for your pet and for society.
Canine Estates, Inc., located in Palm Harbor, FL is a tax-exempt, non-profit 501(c)(3) adoption and sanctuary facility.
We are dedicated to saving the lives of abandoned, abused and injured dogs primarily from high kill shelters.
The National Humane Society's mission is to save the lives of orphaned animals and eliminate euthanasia as a means of population control. We are committed to establishing a no-kill community- euthanasia is not a viable option. We will never waiver in our pursuit to make the world a better place for all living beings. Our animal support programs include disaster relief, adoptions, pet therapy, senior services, with special attention on spaying/neutering.

We are a community-based private non-profit organization that relies entirely upon donations to do our lifesaving work. Our funding comes from people like you. We receive no monies from any national organization or government entity.
The Humane Society of Pinellas County also has low cost Spay/Neuter programs.
Low Cost Vaccine Clinics will be held July 14th and July 28th 2012
Our Spay/Neuter Clinic opened for the community in Spring 2000. Through December 2010, more than 75,000 dogs and cats have been sterilized. Our goal is to offer high quality, high volume sterilizations at low cost to members of the community. We are able to do this through the modest fees we charge and the generosity of the many HSTB donors who support this program. See a segment from the September, 2012 episode of the program “Spotlight Tampa” on City of Tampa Television (CTTV) about the SPCA of Tampa Bay Feral Cat program at this link: Tampa Bay Feral Cat Program.
